It is quite a small residential society in Gurugram located near highway. All flats are duplex and there is no lift facility. There's only 4 floors in one tower. Neat and clean society.
Good locality and pleasant ambience. One of the first Appartments in Gurgaon. Near to NH 8 and just across the road eateries and parks . One of few duplex construction Appartments , although kitchen area is a bit less . Overall size of the flats are good with attached balcony and toilets with every room. The master bedroom is the best part of the flat. A small children park with swings is also there, with make shift badminton court in the back . Convinient parking spaces all around, with ample walking space. One entrance with proper security and guard room.

Room Rent is very high and not maintained properly and very disappointed point is there is no lift without lift Rent demand is very high.
The place looks like a bit worn out and a bit dated if we talk about the infrastructure. They colony has good facilities like a community hall, badminton court etc. However infrastructure wise it seems that it can improved a bit more to look more modern. This place is secured by guards at the entrance, however the guards don't have manners and look absent minded when you ask them for directions. If you are visitor you have to park at a designated spot, lot of rules and regulations to follow in here. The best thing about this place is that it is very neat and clean. There is a fine if your dog poops, or if you litter in any manner possible.
The only good thing that I came across this complex is that it offers well spacious 3 bedroom duplex apartment with attached baths and balcony. Kitchen space is too small and terrace is shared. Common stairway has access to the terrace. There is no ground floor build, rather it is dedicated for the parking. So, basically a first floor person will have duplex till 2nd floor and then another duplex is on the third floor. It's a age old society mainly belonging to the Army personals though now the crowd has changed a lot. I didn't find society neat and clean. It's a small society managed by RWA, having only 44 duplex flats and a single common central park. Park also looked deserted with dust, I couldn't spot any green patch over there.
One more uncomfortable factor was the absence of lift, which nowadays is a factor everybody looks for. Power backup is there and location is also around 100 meters from the main highway NH8. Society faces the government maintained Citizen Park, which is a vast stretch but by the end of day the face of the society seems lonely and not well lit.
Nice place to accommodate.
Only family can get flat rent here
Bachelor's are not allowed..
Major problem is that none of residents raise thier voice against illegal activities in park(rose garden) just 0.5 kms. to this apartment.

This Apartment is clean and calm at Exit 9 on Nh 8, near Jharsa village. All the flats are duplex with parking at ground floor.
